关于某轮因MLC缺陷被AMSA滞留的信息通报

MLC 2006已于2013年8月20 生效，AMSA在PSC检查中逐步加大了对MLC项目的检查力度。今天从AMSA获悉，某轮因MLC缺陷被AMSA滞留，成为澳洲地区第一艘因为MLC被滞留的低调看直播官网_NBA极速体育直播_jrs西甲直播。为提醒低调看直播官网_NBA极速体育直播_jrs西甲直播更好的做好MLC履约工作，现就该轮本次检查的实际缺陷转发如下：
1. Tap in crews mess room – defective 船员餐厅的水龙头已坏
2. Crews mess room – unclean 船员餐厅不干净
3. Washroom ( opposite provision store) ‐ tiles missing 卫生间的瓷砖缺失
4. Toilet in washroom ( opposite provision store) – cracked 卫生间的马桶破裂
5. Gymnasium – unclean 健身房不干净
6. Gym ‐ floor covering holed in places (slips/trips/falls) 健身房地板垫多次穿孔
7. Gymnasium ‐ light covers missing 健身房的灯罩缺失
8. Gymnasium ‐ corner wall linings dislodged 健身房角墙的里衬脱开
9. No drying facilities provided at any of the four spaces washing machines located 洗衣机房无干衣设施
10. Numerous toilets in cabins – defective 多个船员房间的马桶存在缺陷
11. Fwd deck store lights – defective 首甲板间的灯已坏
12. Insufficient recreational facilities provided as per vessels DMLC Part II 没有按DMLC Part II要求配备足够的娱乐设施
13. Insufficient provisions for intended voyages 为预定航线准备的伙食不足
14. Pantry‐ storage area for refuse bin – unclean 餐具室内垃圾桶周围区域不干净
15. Numerous chair, chair coverings and lounge coverings in mess rooms and recreational rooms – defective 船员餐厅、娱乐室的多个椅子、椅子和躺椅的布罩已坏
16. Numerous chairs, chair coverings and lounge covering in cabins – defective 船员房间的椅子、椅子和躺椅的布罩已坏
17. Ice build up in meat provision room 肉库里结冰
18. Galley uptake filter – unclean 厨房的风口过滤不干净
19. The above deficiencies are objective evidence that the company has failed to maintain decent living and working conditions as required by MLC 2006 上述缺陷证据表明公司的MLC失效。
可以看出，该轮是基于 PSCO 发现了船上存在多处不满足 MLC 2006 的缺陷后，最终作出滞留决定的。这里特别提醒所有赴澳船东注意 MLC 2006 相关的每一个细节。

经向 AMSA 确认：AMSA 一旦收到关于拖欠船员工资的投诉，AMSA会登轮进行调查，如果情况属实，AMSA 将立即对该轮做出滞留决定。目前航运形势下，特别提醒船公司注意及时支付船员工资。避免引起不必要的滞留。
